Who we are

Online Buy Media ("we", "us") runs the website onlinebuymedia.com. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, order, subscribe or contact us.

Information we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you order.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
• Browser storage: your cart, promo code, My list and view preference are kept in your own browser's local storage. They are not sent to us until you place an order.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Payment is completed through a secure link from our payment provider.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send payment links and order updates, answer questions, send the newsletter if you opted in, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store: our email and form service, payment provider and shipping carriers. Each may use your data only to provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google map, which may set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from email at any time. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

Data retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, usually seven years, and delete newsletter data when you unsubscribe. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
